Shipping and Refund Policy
Mother Nature's Sun currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal payments.
Mother Nature's Sun is required to charge South Carolina sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of South Carolina. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state.
Mother Nature's Sun ships via the US Postal Service, however many of our products are dropshipped from 3 different companies. NOTE: It is possible that you may receive multiple packages depending on what is ordered. (ie, Vitajuwel and BioSonics). Sort of like Amazon :) Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available. You are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

Back Order Policy
Mother Nature's Sun does dropship with 3 companies and will do our best to keep up with inventory quantity. However, if an item is ordered and it happens to be backordered with one of our vendors, we will notify you and we can either ship it out to you as soon as it comes in or refund your money and cancel the order.
No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Email email@example.com. Please include your order number, was the item missing or damaged, if damaged please attach a photo. Also please notify us if you want a replacement or a refund. NOTE: Because some items are dropshipped from 3 different companies, you may have different shipments depending on what is ordered (ie, Vitajuwel and BioSonics). Sort of like Amazon :)
If the item(s) need to be returned, you will be given instructions as to how this needs to be done to properly give a replacement or refund. Mother Nature's Sun accepts returned items that are in resaleable condition purchased less than 3 months ago. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill you for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Email Wendy at firstname.lastname@example.org NOTE: If you are missing items, you may have separate packages depending on what is ordered (ie, VitaJuwel and Biosonics). Mother Nature's Sun will give you a refund (once damaged merchandise is returned) or upon your request, replace any merchandise that is missing from your order or received in damaged condition. We will request the following information: the order number, was it packed well?, shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx), photo of damaged item(s). No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider will be the responsibility of Mother Nature's Sun.
Mother Nature's Sun does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
