 Mindful Yoga is an ongoing  series of  explorations suitable for anyone  who wishes to  experience the shifts of  physical sensation, energy, and emotion that result from  aware movement.    Students are encouraged to work at their own edge (and to discover what that really is!)   Restorative poses are frequently incorporated in the class, so you will need your own bolster, block, strap, eye pillow, and three blankets for this class.

Kundalini Yoga   6:00-7:15pm

Kundalini Yoga is an intensive form of yoga, awakening the body, mind, and spirit. It focuses on the chakra system, stimulating the energy in the lower centers and moving it to the higher centers. From your very first class, you'll experience the benefits, which can include relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression, insomnia and weight control. 
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone! It is appropriate for beginners as well as advanced students of any yoga or fitness discipline.   Modifications are provided in class for those with physical limitations.   Students are encouraged to work at whatever level that is good for them.

 Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) uses mental focus, breath, and gentle movements to bring about a state of relaxation.   Exercises can be performed by people of all ages and physical condition.
